Cookie Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2025 Last updated: May 2026 Domain: sendtowin.com

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or session state — to make your next visit easier and the site more useful.

This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage and session storage where applicable.

2. Do we use cookies?

No. sendtowin.com does not place cookies on your device. We do not use session cookies, persistent cookies, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.

We do not display a cookie consent banner because no cookies requiring consent are set.

3. How we measure website analytics

We use PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) to understand how visitors use our Website. However, PostHog is configured in cookieless server hash mode, which means:

  • No cookies are placed on your device.

  • No data is written to your browser's local or session storage.

  • You are not assigned a persistent identifier across sessions.

  • Visitor counts are estimated using a privacy-preserving hash calculated on PostHog's servers. The hash uses a daily salt that is discarded after processing, making it impossible to reverse-engineer your identity from the hash.

As part of this process, your IP address and user-agent string are transiently received and processed by PostHog's servers to generate the hash and to support aggregate analytics such as geographic reporting (e.g. country-level visitor data). PostHog is hosted on servers in the United States (PostHog Cloud US).

We do not use PostHog to:

  • Track individual users across websites

  • Build individual user profiles

  • Run session recordings or surveys

  • Link analytics data to personally identifiable information

For more information on PostHog's data practices, visit posthog.com/privacy.

4. Managing your privacy

Since we do not set cookies, there are no cookie preferences to manage on our site.

If you wish to limit the information your browser sends to websites generally (including IP address and user-agent), you may:

  • Use a privacy-focused browser or browser extension (e.g. Brave, uBlock Origin)

  • Use a VPN to mask your IP address

  • Enable "Do Not Track" in your browser settings (note: most analytics tools, including PostHog in our configuration, do not alter server-side IP processing in response to DNT signals)

5. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Apollo, or partner pages. This Cookie Policy applies only to sendtowin.com. We are not responsible for the cookie or tracking practices of any external websites and encourage you to review their respective policies.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, analytics configuration, or applicable regulations. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we introduce cookies in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and implement appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.
